Stay afresh with these baby carrot ! Vege Lovers will sure to love it !

Ingredients :-

  • 125 ml (4 fl oz) water
  • 750 g (11 lb) baby carrots, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • ‘A tablespoon soft light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons clear honey
  • 2-3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Serving Information:-

  • Serve for 6 pax
  • Preparation time: about 10 minutes.
  • Cooking time: about 15minutes.

How to Prepare it ?

  1. Pour the water into a medium saucepan.
  2. Add the carrots and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the carrots are tender-crisp, and drain.
  3. If using frozen carrots, follow the packet directions for cooking.
    Melt the margarine in a frying pan over a medium-high heat.
  4. Add the sugar, honey and carrots.
  5. Reduce the heat and turn the carrots frequently for 1-2 minutes until well glazed.
  6. Sprinkle the parsley over the carrots before serving them.
