300ml ( 1/2 pint ) low fat natural yogurt

Ice Cream Preparation
Halve the melon, scoop out all the seeds.
Scoop the melon flesh into food processor ( or liquidizer ), and blend till smooth.
Mix both melon puree and yogurt together.
Pour the mixture into shallow freezer container.
