Home Made Basic Stocks and Ingredients
For most of the recipe in Low Fats Meal , it use one of the basic ingredients below :-
- Vegetable Stock
- Fish Stock
- Chicken Stock
- Brown Stock
- Lemon Herb Seasoning
- French Dressing
The main reason why Low Fats Meal doesn’t recommend using those cube stocks available in grocery shops are simply due to they are quite high in fat, and generally having too much salt which is not healthy.
Of course, there are many shops or supermarkets that sell fresh stock, but well, home made stocks are still in favor, since we know for sure what they are made of, and the ingredients in it.
In order to maintain healthy dietary, essentially we ought to be well aware of what we eat and the ingredients of those food. So, head up to each of the Stocks Making to prepare it.
