- 1 large melon ( best with Ogen or Charentais )
- 300ml ( 1/2 pint ) low fat natural yogurt

Ice Cream Preparation
- Halve the melon, scoop out all the seeds.
- Scoop the melon flesh into food processor ( or liquidizer ), and blend till smooth.
- Mix both melon puree and yogurt together.
- Pour the mixture into shallow freezer container.
- Freeze till firm.
- The Ice Cream is ready for serving !
