1 tablespoon margarine
&#8216;A tablespoon soft light brown sugar
2 tablespoons clear honey
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

 Serve for 6 pax

<p><em>How to Prepare it ?</em></p>
<ol>
<li>Pour the water into a medium saucepan.</li>
<li>Add the carrots and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the carrots are tender-crisp, and drain.</li>
<li>If using frozen carrots, follow the packet directions for cooking.<br />
Melt the margarine in a frying pan over a medium-high heat.</li>
<li>Add the sugar, honey and carrots.</li>
<li>Reduce the heat and turn the carrots frequently for 1-2 minutes until well glazed.</li>
<li>Sprinkle the parsley over the carrots before serving them.</li>
