24 yellow or red cherry tomatoes, or a mixture of both .
1 onion, cut into 8 wedges .
8 shiitake mushrooms .

Marinade :-

1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
salt and pepper

<p><em>How to Prepare it ?</em></p>
<ol>
<li>Mix the marinade ingredients  together in a bowl. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.</li>
<li>Add the courgette slices and blanch for 1minute. Do Drain well.</li>
<li>Thread the cherry tomatoes, courgette slices, onion wedges and mushrooms on to 4 long or 8 short ers and brush with the marinade.</li>
<li>Leaves the kebabs to marinate for 30minutes.</li>
<li>Cook the kebabs under a preheated grill or on a barbecue for about 5-10 minutes, remember turning them from time to time, and serve at once.</li>
<li>Plain boiled rice or a salad would make superb accompaniment to this dish.</li>
